- Documents: Signed tickets, invoices, bills of lading, and other business documents you upload
Information Collected Automatically
When you use our platform, we automatically collect certain information:

- Location Data: GPS coordinates for job sites and vehicle locations (when permitted)

Information from Third-Party Services
When you connect third-party services to our platform, we collect:
- QuickBooks Data: Customer lists, vendor lists, invoices, bills, chart of accounts, company information, tax settings. We access this data through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 API with your explicit authorization.
- Authentication Provider: Profile information from Clerk authentication service

- Provide Core Services: Manage dispatches, track tickets, coordinate jobs between brokers and operators, generate invoices and bills
- Process Transactions: Handle payments, sync financial data with QuickBooks, manage billing
- Send Communications: Deliver SMS notifications via Twilio for job dispatches, ticket confirmations, and status updates; send email notifications about account activity and platform updates
- Maintain Platform: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, provide customer support
- Improve Services: Analyze usage patterns, develop new features, enhance user experience
- Ensure Security: Detect fraud, prevent unauthorized access, enforce our terms
- Comply with Legal Obligations: Respond to legal requests, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:
- Twilio: SMS messaging service for sending job dispatch notifications, ticket confirmations, and alerts. Twilio processes your phone number and message content according to their privacy policy.
- Clerk: Authentication and user management service that handles account credentials and authentication flows.
- Intuit QuickBooks: When you connect your QuickBooks account, we sync invoice and bill data with your QuickBooks company. Data is transmitted securely through Intuit's API.
- Cloud Hosting: Our platform is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure (Vercel) that stores and processes your data.
- Payment Processors: Stripe or other payment providers process financial transactions securely.
- Analytics Providers: Vercel Analytics helps us understand platform usage and performance.
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

- Within Your Organization: Job and ticket information is shared with other members of your organization based on their roles and permissions
- Between Business Partners: When you create or accept jobs, relevant information is shared between brokers, subcontractors, owner operators, and customers

- For Legal Reasons: When required by law, court order, or government request; to protect our rights or safety; to investigate fraud or security issues
- Business Transfers: If we are acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

- Secure authentication through OAuth 2.0 and session management

8. SMS and Communication Preferences
When you provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages via Twilio for:
- Job dispatch notifications
- Ticket confirmation requests

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates apply. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any text. To get help, reply HELP. You can manage communication preferences in your account settings.
Note that opting out of transactional messages may limit your ability to receive critical job updates and may affect platform functionality.
9. QuickBooks Integration
When you connect your QuickBooks account:
- You authorize us to access your QuickBooks company data through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 API
- We read customer and vendor information to match with platform users
- We create and update invoices in QuickBooks when tickets are approved
- We create and update bills in QuickBooks for subcontractor payments
- Your QuickBooks credentials are never stored on our servers (authentication is handled by Intuit)
- You can disconnect the integration at any time, revoking our access
Intuit's use of your QuickBooks data is governed by their privacy policy. We only access QuickBooks data necessary to provide synchronization services.
10. Children's Privacy
Our platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.
